Making a PayPal

I have been using my parents PayPal for a while and I am needing to make a PayPal for myself, I have tried to make one but it wouldn't work, also I don't have a Credit Card.

I know, but I made one with no CC and asked a friend to donate me 45 cents to see if I can get money and spend money but it said there was an error.

You are not allowed to have a paypal unless your 18+. Although people still make them.

Exactly, most people here I think are younger then 18 and they still make a paypal.

Although the downside is if PayPal find out that your below 18 your account will be suspended until you prove your 18. (Usually need some sort of ID)

That's because the parents or guardian link THEIR bank account

Most people just make another paypal account.

Not when there are funds still in the old paypal.[DOUBLEPOST=1513612539][/DOUBLEPOST]Best option would be to wait till your 18 or get someone 18 to make you one.

You don't need to be 18+ aslong as you don't open too many chargebacks, if you do that your account gets locked / limited and you'll have to provide information of your SSN or ID, anything regarding that you're officially 18+.

Recently paypal started to verify new account holders to ensure they are 18+
