When will I be able to post in the bigger forums?

What are "bigger forums"?
Investments and Loans forum's requirements aren't disclosed and from my experience you need around 250 message, decent reactions, and like 10 rep. (not official, just an estimate/guess)
Other forums require the Premium rank to post in.
There is a donor forum which requires any rank to get in.
Not sure if this is true but apparently there is a secret forum for active shoutbox users?
