Ok, I want a soul binding plugin for 1.8, I want it so that when a player dies they keep any item that is "soul bound" I want the soul bind to be like an enchantment but using lore. Also I would like to use the plugin as an api, but if you can't do that I will add that.

Description of plugin: A PVP rankup plugin. Example: You start as lvl 1 and then 5 kills = lvl 2 10 = 3 ect ect. It would be great if it came with a prefix of your lvl

Commands: /lvl (Shows your lvl) /lvltop (Shows people with the highest lvl

Permissions: Perms for the commands. Dont really mind what they are.

I need a plugin where players can enter a UserID and then other members can lookup what their UserID is. If you don't know, go to your profile and the numbers at the end of the url are your UID. For example, my UID is 18942 which means I am the 18942nd member to sign-up on this forum.

Commands:
/uid add #'s HERE //Players do this to add their UID
/uid PLAYER //Players do this to see what other people's UID is
/uid PLAYER delete //Admin can delete a UID

Permissions
uid.delete //So players can delete their own using the Admin command but it won't work on other players
uid.delete.all //So Admin's can delete anybody's UID
