Custom blacklist plugin?

I'm not sure what you mean by this? Where you can blacklist someone from your server or like a word blacklist?

So if someone does /blacklist (player) (reason) it'll ban there ip and have a ban message saying "You've been banned from SERVERNAME" second line would be "This is punishment is unapprealable" then if a staff does /blacklistcheck (name) it'll tell them why he was blacklisted all the perms would be is blacklist.use that's it. make it open source

Could you do a block re-loader? Sometimes using mcmmo and super breaking glitches and turns blocks invisible so just want a simple command to refresh the blocks around a player.

I would like a plugin called hidestaff.
Plugin Name: HideStaff
Command: /Hidestaff
Version: 1.7
- When A default rank player does /hidestaff its hides all staff that are in the current groups > T-Mod, Mod, Jr.Mod, Sr.Mod, Admin, Jr.Admin, Sr.Admin, Owner, Manager - I think this plugin would need to be done with permissionex cause the ranks are in that so yeah this is the plugin I would need done cause its small and simple.

Default rank: /hidestaff
Message To Default Rank Player: All Staff Are Now Hidden

- Hides all Staff In These Groups: T-Mod, Mod, Jr.Mod, Sr.Mod, Admin, Jr.Admin, Sr.Admin, Owner, Manager

Well this is really simple. To make it better what I could do is make it so whatever group or player have the permission hidestaff.hide then they are hidden when the player runs the /hidestaff command. Sound good?

Also when the player runs /hidestaff will it just hide the staff for that player or for all players?

So if you don't mind I want to get a super-mega-dope free plguin called "MyBlackList".

So what I want this plugin to do. It's totally simple!
Command #1: /blacklist (player name) to check if (player) is in the black list.
Permission for command #1: blacklistp

Command #2: /blacklist (player name) (reason) to add the player in the black list.
Permission for command #2: admblacklist

Command #3: /blistreport (player name) (reason) with this command any player can report if someone need to be added in the black list, only admins can see this.
Permission for command #3: admblistsee

Command #4: /blacklistcheck with this command admins can check and respond for the last 24h that players are maked.
Permission for command #4: admblistcheck

Command #5: /blacklistremove (player name) with this command any admin can remove player from this black list.
Permission for command #5: admblistremove
