Making HCF Server ( Looking for Co-Owners )

Hello, my name is Jesus but my IGN is Scrawni (No I am not scrawny, its supposed to be an ironic name.) Anyways BrawnPvP is going to be an HCF/PvP Server. I know most of y'all are already tired of hearing this, everyone be posting everyday that they are going to be creating an HCF server and it ends up sucking or even shutting down in the first week, But what I have here is a unique HCF server I tend to add something new and pretty awesome into the game mode that no other HCF currently has. What I have a mind is a plugin which I am going to pay for and is going to attract other HCF players onto the server.

Now the reason I created this thread is because I am currently looking for 2 Co-Owners who are willing to join me and help me create a really good HCF/PvP server that the community would enjoy playing. There are a few requirements but there is also a few benefits. Now I don't expect this server to even fail. I have a pretty big budget as I do have a full time job IRL and make really good money.

The requirements:
- Must have a good amount of budget. ($200-$500)
- Must have some kind of experience with HCF and in starting up servers.
- Must be a positive person (Non Toxic)
- Must be of age of 15+
- Must have experience with plugins (Configuration and etc.)

Also, I did say I have a full time job so the only time I will be working on the server is when I get out of work and I work from Monday - Saturday, 9am-6pm Central Time, Sundays I can be on pretty much the whole day unless something comes up and can also get on after I leave work for a few hours. I am still playing a big role even if I'm not on as much as you expect me to be.

Now what will the co-owners receive from this? well all the profits from donations will be split into 3 with the co-owners and myself, And I will pay the staff members from my pocket when we grow big enough to pay the other staff, by that I mean like Admin+, I feel that it gives Admins and staff below motivation to be good staff and would want to get paid for their hard work.

Currently don't have Skype and probably won't have it but I have another way to communicate by using Slacks, a really good and trusting app for communication within a group. If I think you have what it takes then I will gladly welcome you to the team. Thank you for your time.
