koth looks like not simple plugin.
anti cheat is not simple too.
(I am doing simple plugins only becuase its free and i want to learn more before getting to work on big plugin)

What you want the plugin to do(with commands,premissions etc.): StaffCheck.see. Basiacally when you do the command /staff it shows you the staff that are online and what world.
Notes(if you have any): Perms: staffcheck.see

What you want the plugin to do: When a user types in the command /staff, a GUI will appear showing all the staff on the server. When a player hovers over the staff members head/skull, it will show their in-game name, position (helper/moderator/senior-moderator) and whether they're online or offline.

Notes: Commands - /staff
Permissions - universestaff.staff (to open up the menu)

i tried to add GUI to the plugin that the other guy requested and i manged(https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/staff-check.26620/).
