Can you make this 
name: Grenade
description: when you do /grenade it will add a FireworkStar in your inventory with the name of (Grenade). once you right click that firework where ever you are aiming it will shoot as if it was a bomb then after 5 seconds on the ground it will play fireworkeffects where it exploded and while its playing those effects it will drop Ghasttear items on the ground random places just floating out of the particle effects with the name of (Coins) and once a player pic that item up with the name of (Coins) it will say "You have recieved + 5".

Actually, I'd like a plugin that only adds /tempban. I don't want to get Essentials. So can you make it so I can tempban someone for a certain amount of seconds, minutes, days, weeks, months, and years, like Essentials does with like 5d for 5 days, and then I want to add a tempban reason.
If you could do that, I'd appreciate it immensely.
