Plugin Name: Mr Krabs
Plugin Desc: World Guard custom flag that regens blocks. (I mine a block and it regenerates after X amount of seconds). It also replaces the block for another block until X amount of seconds. (Example: Mine stone, turns to cobble, regens to stone after X secs)
MC Version: 1.8.8
Plugin Commands: Nothing, just the world guard flag.
Plugin Permissions: None.
Config Items: Which blocks get regened, what they get replaced with until regened, how long it takes to regen.
Anything else to add: Compatible with auto smelt enchants (and if possible also compatible with a vein miner enchant)

This isn't really a plugin, it must be integrated with Worldguard and I would not title this as easy.
Plugin Name: StarletPerks
Plugin Description (what the plugin does?): Adds perks with configurable messages/enable/disable.
Such as /speed, /jumpboost, /nightvision, /strength etc..
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Plugin Commands: just /potioneffectname to disable/enable
Plugin Permissions: starlet.perkname so starlet.speed for example
Config Items: just configurable messages / prefix for each one
Anything else to add: N/A

That's included in default Minecraft. Use /entitydata @e {NoAI:1} to remove every mob's AI from the world.
