Well hey there! My name is Tezzha, I am also known as Logan. I offer various types of Management such as; Staff Management, Server Management, Community Management and General Administration, I am 16 years of age and I am able to tackle all sorts of challenges and all sorts of obstacles in my way, I am able to take on all sorts of challenges and do not like to leave a given task undone or unfinished.
I have been doing Management for just over 2 years now and I am very serious with it, I have been within a Management team on mostly smaller servers but I am planning to get more noticed by the day. I am very dedicated to what I do and how I do it, due to the fact of me still being in school and doing average grades, I do not have to study as much as I do not have exams until the following year, I try to get on and do my job as much as I possibly can.
I am a Manager who likes to finish a job and someone who doesn't like when people try and compete with my work and try and battle me at my job to take me over, if I have a job I do it and I do not stop until this job is complete or until I simply can not do anything else. I am able to Manage things like the forums and a full staff team without a fellow manager or someone who looks over me to do watch my every movement, as I am able to setup forums and I am able to recruit a staff team, I know what I have to do in that field and I know what my job is.

I was staff on Warfine for 2 months and I was in-charge of all fields, I was the Staff Manager aswell as watching the forums and making sure everything went smooth and everything was done as it was meant to be done, I done regular staff meetings to make sure everything was going smooth and asked frequently if anyone had questions or concerns about there position or if they had any questions about staffing in general. I was Manager on Warfine for 1 & 1/2 months and was not close to demotion, but unfortunately the server closed and then moved onto other things.

I was staff on FreewayMC for 3 months and I was in charge of going over all Staff Applications, Ban Appeals, Staff Reports and Bugs & Glitches, if I thought that any of the staff reports and if they were valid I spoke to the staff member being reported and made sure I got both sides of the story and punished the staff member if it was correct and valid. I did all applications the whole time I was with FreewayMC and did not come close to demotion nor did I get any reports against me and got a long with all staff members with no hatred between any staff members.
