Hello there,

My name is Maxx, and I live in New York. I am very experienced managing teams as well as working in leadership positions, from working on servers, forums, as well as hosting companies. I am open to both paid and unpaid positions.

Zerania Network - Manager, 100 - 300 Playerbase
My most recent work took place on Zerania. After sticking with company management for a bit, I was contacted by the current Manager for a possible administrative position. After a week, I took the former Manager's place and began work. I dealt mainly with staff management and community management.

Oxyrise Enhanced Factions - Administrator/Manager, 50 - 100 Playerbase
After enjoying the world of creative for as long as I did, I figured I need a change. That's when I found Oxyrise, or to be fair they found me. I was currently unemployed, and was really interested in working at another server again. With my previous managerial/administration experience, I was hired with a snap of a finger. I handled staff applications, ban appeals, player relations, and also tried to spend a lot of time on the actual server in order to bond with the community more.

EDawg878 Creative Minecraft Server - Moderator, 800 - 1,000 Playerbase
EDawg878 Creative was a very popular server back when I moderated (it isn’t so popular anymore). It used to max 800 players at high points of the day. I worked as a moderator there for exactly 399 days, until I resigned in June of 2014. It was there I gained most of moderation experience, from reporting, answering questions, and dealing punishments.

ArcherPlays Minecraft Server - Co-Owner, 25 Playerbase
ArcherPlays was actually the first server I ever worked on. We had maybe 20 to 30 players online at the most, so nothing too impressive there. It was back then I really wanted to join the business server administration, so I offered to configure a few plugins for them. In a few months, I was the co-owner of the server. Now, I didn’t really want to include this one at first, but I think it was the beginning of something awesome.

Argolia Minecraft Server - Owner, 30 Playerbase
I am the former owner of Argolia. We used to be up and running with around 30 players on a time, but we had to shut down for a bit and to work on new builds as well as a few other cool additions to the server. Eventually the project was disbanded.

PrimaNode Hosting — Chief Operations Officer
At PrimaNode, I worked the day-to-day tasks at a fairly large hosting company. I worked with a large team to make sure all my clients were highly satisfied, as well as managed the backend of the company such as staff managment. We were later acquired by Shockbyte and the team split ways.

ImmortalNetwork - Vice President of Sales

While ImmortalNetwork wasn't the best of companies that I worked at, I held a high position and still worked very hard to manage our sales and am very pleased with what I accomplished.

MinecraftMarket — Sales & Support Representative
My primary role at MinecraftMarket was to attract new clients to our service. I did this usually by advertising on various forums. I also did work on our live chat and handled support tickets to assist current users.

TheTechLair - Owner
TheTechLair was a forum that I ran by myself back in 2014. Although I only had around 75 members, I still learned a lot as it was my first forum that I ran.

HostBoards - Administrator
HostBoards is a web hosting forum that I used to administrate. Although we were fairly new at the time of closing, we had advertised through several sites and had a decent member base. I have learned a lot about XenForo administration and design from that, and those are all still skills I use to this day.

VirtualPetSite - Moderator
I am a former moderator on VPS. We have 255k messages and almost 8.5k members. This is the largest forum I have ever worked on which has taught me much as far as moderation and communicating with members on a forum.

**I also served as the Forum Manager on most of the servers I worked for as well.

Hello Max!
I am going to be starting an upcoming Factions server, that has as many custom plugins as possible.
We currently need someone to help us find out what will make us have the best quality,
and help us look up some plugins that we could use to make it even more interesting.
We are willing to pay for this position using commissions from the ranks and in-game perks that we will sell.
If you are interested, then just shoot me a message, I'd be glad to assist you!
Also, we are going to be needing some staff later on probably, so if you don't think that the other option suits you,
then you can message me about becoming a staff.
The higher the position, and the more time you are on, and helping our server out, the more you will be paid!
Contacted.

Hello there,

My name is Maxx, and I'm from Upstate New York. I am very experienced in the Minecraft industry in general and looking for a paid position as either a Staff or Community Manager. Below you can find a full list of experience as well as contact information.

EDawg878 Creative Minecraft Server
EDawg878 Creative was a very popular server back when I moderated (it isn’t so popular anymore). It used to max 800 players at high points of the day. I worked as a moderator there for exactly 399 days, until I resigned in June of 2014. It was there I gained most of moderation experience, from reporting, answering questions, and dealing punishments.

Torvius Custom Faction War Server

Before I start, Torvius was never actually released, however I felt the need to include it because I learned a lot there. Torvius was a project a friend and I worked on in the summer of 2015. We had purchased custom plugins and were ready to make the project come to life, but my friend backed out of it and we just stopped. I learned there the skills that I can bring here today, such as communication, teamwork, and organization.

ArcherPlays Minecraft Server
ArcherPlays was actually the first server I ever worked on. We had maybe 20 to 30 players online at the most, so nothing too impressive there. It was back then I really wanted to join the business server administration, so I offered to configure a few plugins for them. In a few months, I was the co-owner of the server. We used to be up and running with around 20 players on a time, but we had to shut down for a bit and we are currently working on new builds as well as a few other cool additions to the server. Eventually we will launch the server again, but right now it's mainly just building and designing quests.

MinecraftMarket — Sales Representative
At MinecraftMarket, I worked daily to find new clients for our service. This usually included posting on forums or hopping on servers to discuss this. I also from time to time worked support via LiveChat.

PrimaNode Hosting — Chief Operations Officer
At PrimaNode, I worked the day-to-day tasks at a fairly large hosting company. I worked with a large team to make sure all my clients were highly satisfied. We were later acquired by Shockbyte and the team split ways.

FlyHosting — Chief Operations Officer

FlyHosting was my first position at a hosting company. At that time, I learned the basics of Multicraft and WHMCS. I also picked up a lot more skills such as organization and time management.

TheTechLair
TheTechLair was a forum that I ran by myself back in 2014. Although I only had around 75 members, I still learned a lot as it was my first forum that I ran.

HostBoards
HostBoards is a web hosting forum that I used to administrate. Although we were fairly new at the time of closing, we had advertised through several sites and had a decent member base. I have to say, very nice and organized resume. You could add some more details about yourself, some of your preferences (such as individual vs group work), and maybe what you are looking for in a server. Doing so would aid potential partners/owners in knowing what you are all about and whether or not they should even look into you. Good luck!

I do NOT recommend, very uncooperative and rude. He had 40-60 minutes to answer one question and when I got back all I got was a "Hm".
