Hello! I am Plox and i will be here offering my FREE Management + Administration service.
I have played on numerous amounts of new and old Minecraft servers over the past 2-3 Years. I have seen many servers who have toxic staff, toxic players, and the Staff not knowing how to Handle these situations. I have often spoken to the Owner of the Server, and personally they look at me to be a fool. As the Minecraft community grows, more servers are created. I would be requesting and looking into some servers, which i deem have some potential, and be willing to help them Manage Staff, the Server or administrate as a Staff Member myself. I am experienced as a Staff Member, however i tend to not bother becoming Staff on newly created servers, as sometimes they do fail. This time, i will be making exceptions for every server that is thrown at me, and i will be trying my best to benefit the Owners and take some weight off of their shoulders. I am more experienced with Staff Managing, and recruiting Members, however any position will fit me.
Please Note:
If i decide to join your server, and Manage/Administrate there, i will have the right to decide when i am available, and when i am not. The reason for this, is because i am a busy person, and cannot multitask. I'm sure this wouldn't be a major problem, just letting you know. (There will be no specific times that will be set when i come on, and most of the time it will be random with a bit of notice.)
