Hello there! I will be offering free management to most of the servers that reply to this thread.

Have a website, custom domain and be setup. (If you guys need help with the setting up I can help too.)
Have a reliable staff team. (I as a manager would lead the staff team, but you must have a rough idea as who you want staff and you must have a copy of there application.)

Ok, now that that is out of the way, ill show you what I can do as a manager / administrator.
Here's my previous experience:
EndermanHosting
A more recent experience as EndermanHosting! I was helper for about 3 weeks before getting promoted to moderator,
from moderator I was promoted to SrModerator, from then I was promoted to Head-Admin, Operator, Manager and Owner.
Skill Craft
SkillCraft was a factions based server that had a playerbase of about 150 players,
i was promoted to Moderator straight after my application was made, then i proceeded to get promoted to Admin, Manager and Head Of Control. This was a good experience because of the large playerbase, different sorts of hackers and range of different plugins / commands.
FuturePvP
This was a HCF server, which got around 10-20 players. This wasn't exactly big, but it still had through a few tough situations at me.
I had been promoted to Head-Admin or Platform Admin. This was because I helped develop most of there social media.
This included their forum, twitter, tsp., discord, Facebook and skype group. They were very pleased as I did this for free.
I hope you don't mind me saying this. But this server was owned by kids. They were 10 and 11. I felt sorry for them, as they had big plans.
They couldn't afford a dev or anything so they relied off of leaked cores, plugins and spawns.
They had to deal with many players saying "No one play this server, its leaked as!" I tired my best to explain.
But in the end I paid my friend to help dev for them. This dev actually knew what he was doing, so they were very, very grateful.
AquaHCF
AquaHCF - This was my server. I didn't have plans for this to have any players. I had this to test out plugins, cores and commands. This was probably my best experience as I now know most of the moderator and administrator commands to execute onto the server.
Ok, so this was a server I didn't apply on, but got staff. I had made them a website then had been promoted to Moderator. I was then later on promoted to Sr.Admin then to manager.
This wasn't really much of an experience, well is sorta was, but I used to own a managing business on the famous MC Market, I had run this with 2 other friends, we were a trio of managers who would take on the difficulties of managing a servers staff team, making events, hosting staff meetings ETC. I would class myself a professional manager as I am well organised, has a good reputation, and can lead / control a community.
Ok, now here are some of my traits:
Performance
As part of any staff team or community I strive to be the best staff I can, I strive to maintain the ability to efficiently work and get things done.
As normal players on servers will be unhappy or rigged if things are not done efficiently and during a considerable time frame.
As a staff member I get things done to increase player enjoyment and activity.
Maturity
As I turn 15 I have developed into a very mature person. I handle every situation In a calm, happy and very mature manner even when caving under pressure of toxic players.
You may have seen some example of my maturity on forums and in-game.
Teamwork
The quote “there is no I in team” is my motto, I work very well with other staff members and other people in general community,
I try my best to show this attribute as a staff member and member of any community.
Trustworthy
Trust is a great thing; it can be easily earned and easily broken. As a member of any community I endeavour to earn everyone’s trust and keep it that way,
I keep my promises and never break any rule or law.
Respect
Respect is a very important trait for anyone let alone a staff member. If I was chosen as a staff member on Revival I will respect everyone with the utter most respect and
listen to everyone as I am a firm believer in “there are 2 sides to every story”, When anyone feel sad or unhappy I try my best to help them out.
Responsibility
As a staff member I know that others such as players will look up to you and follow in your footsteps,
I would complete any tasks given efficiently and take responsibility for any action I take. As a staff member
I never slack off and always take issues at hand and never hand the problem to someone else.
As a staff member you looked up to be very perfect but when a staff member does mess up they are expected to take
full responsibility and fix any issues cause by their actions and I have the upmost respect for this.
Bias
I believe this is a great trait to have as a staff member as it shows your dedication and knowledge of every situation,
When dealing with issues that includes 2 or more people involved you must take everyone’s story and use your
knowledge and skills to make the best choice possible so no player is left unhappy, I never would be bias towards anyone even when a friend
is involved as a staff member I do not take into action of treating everyone the same no matter their status, rank or friendliness.
Communication
Being a good communicator is essential for a staff member, I am easily able to communicate to other staff members and players on TeamSpeak and
resolve their issues, I firmly believe in helping these players because they are special truly they could of chosen any server let alone any
faction server out there but they chose to play on Revival and as a staff member you are expected to be that role model players look up to.
Motivation
I am a very motivated person and love to motivate others, if it is helping someone on forums or in-game
I strive to do my best to help and resolve their inconvenience, I believe my posts and applications on Revival will show my dedication and motivation skills.
Honest
“Honest hearts produce honest actions” – Brigham Young, I absolutely love this quote as it shows the true meaning and outcome of being honest.
I despise of people who lie or curve the truth, If I do something wrong on RevivalMC I would immediately take responsibility and never lie to help my case.
