Introduction

Hi, my name is Cain, and my Minecraft in-game name is DatKittyCat. I reside in Spain. In Andalucia, to be a bit more specific. I am currently 15 years old, and I am capable of speaking two languages. Today I am here because I would like to offer my management services to the MCM’s community. I have been playing Minecraft for about 3 years now. I started playing Minecraft in 2014, and since then I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience. Although I am only 15 years old, my maturity level, and past experiences permits my clients to look past my age.

I have am well experienced with handling all jobs within the staffing system on all kinds on different servers, however, I unfortunately do not have much experience as a staff manager, other than my own server, and another server, which is called Contraxia. Due to me not being really experienced as a staff manager, all I am asking is for a chance, just so I can prove my worth to whom it may concern.

Experience​

As I haven't had many experiences as a staff manager before, I do have the experience and capability to be elected for that specific position. Ever since I started playing Minecraft, I have learned and experienced a lot of things, and a lot more on how successful servers actually operate. I have personally owned, and even operated many servers in the past. Through creating and managing these servers, I have learned a great lot about plugins, how they operate, and of course how to configure them properly. I also have experience with managing the staff teams of my own servers. I know how to pick out the qualified staff members and applications from the pending ones. Anyway, to summarize this section, let’s just say that I have gained a great amount of experience throughout all these years.

-Opcraft(100 - 300): I have been a staff member on Opcraft multiple times, as it was once my favourite server I used to play on, so it also inspired me to join their staff team. Since then I have worked over there as a staff member about 5 times.

Contraxia: I have been a staff manager over here. I have been working very hard, and well on that server, but before they released it to the publicity, it got shut down due to the fact that the owner's server funds ran out.

Hopefully, one day someone will be able to make a good use of me, especially by knowing my skillset. At the very least, I hope to gain more experience in a management-related position.
