I understand the system. But my reputation is in the last (the legit ones) and I have improved greatly throughout months of change. I hope people will be able to see past it.

As being a manager myself. Negative reputation doesn't show your job is taken seriously. I personally have had my ups and downs. I've fixed what I did and talked it out with people. Not reporting the reputation but proving them you changed. I personally have changed myself since ddos'ing. I just have 2 negative rep for it and thats it. 5 neg is a lot for you to be trustworthy of getting staff-manager. Build up some reputation by staffing ect. before coming straight to the big league.

I appreciate your comment. However I regret to inform you that since my mistakes I've managed many networks and have done great work. I also got 4 out of the 5 negative reps from the same one server a while back. So it's more like 2 or 3 negative reps.
