So I'm on the younger side of people here, and I find it hard to be able to do anything due to my age. And yet, I want to pursue 2 things on here

Of course, writing is out of the picture as few want that. Oh, and there are a tonne of fantastic writers already offering their services.
So that's where Management comes in. I would love to pursue management on here, but there are a few problems.
1. I have not been staff on any server with a player base over 25
2. Most of the servers I worked on were tiny and no one would know of them
3. There are so many great managers
4. I'm not very reputable
5. I cannot get all these fancy thread designs and such as I have less than $5 in my paypal
Any suggestions on how I overcome these obstacles?
