Hello, my name is Ben and I'm a 14 year old from the UK and use the timezone GMT.
For the past 2 years I've been part of multiple different staff teams, varying from a lower position as Helper/Moderator to a higher level position as Management or Admin.

The current roles I've been included as on servers are listed as follows with server information.

BumbleCraft - 5 Months - Current
JrMod - Administrator/Config Dev

BumbleCraft is a large Bedrock & Java Network consisting of 3 current gamemodes.
OneBlock, EarthSMP & LifeSteal.
In my time at Bumble I've done a large amount of moderation in both chat & ingame, with over 400 punishments. I was also promoted over the last month to the Adminstrator Position, meaning I'm still doing moderation but helping more backend.
I'm currently working on the Development of our new gamemode, SkyBlock.


HotdogCraft - 1 Month - Current
Administrator

HotdogCraft is a Network with currently 3 gamemode, Economy Survival, RolePlay & OneBlock. Throughout my time at HDC I've assisted bringing out new features, done moderation ingame & helped with some backend configuration.



GlorySMP/MangoSMP - 1 Month - Resigned
Management/Config Dev

GlorySMP was a server in which the owner contacted me interested about my work.
I joined the server to see it was in need of a lot of configs needing to be re-vamped and changed, a lot of the management side also wasn't run properly.
I was hired as a Manager and managed to help and fix some of the issues, until some personal issues arose between myself and the owner meaning I'd found it easier to resign.

TheArmoury - 4 Months - Resigned
Helper - SrModerator

TheArmoury is a smaller community currently hosting 3 gamemodes.
Within my time as staff here, I assisted with coming up with new ideas and features, helped to run and prepare upcoming events such as the easter event and also fulfill large moderation in both Chat & InGame.

PerplexedMC - 3 Months - ShutDown
Moderator - Management

PerplexedMC was a project I worked with a friend on.
The network consisted of the Skyblock Gamemode which I helped in the development period, as well as Staff Management & Community Management.


AmbrosiaMC - 2/3 Months - Unreleased/Shutdown
Mod - Administrator/Config Dev


AmbrosiaMC was a project I worked with a friend on, the server was going to be running a SkyBlock gamemode. I assisted with configurations of the gamemode & also managing Staff & Upcoming features. Sadly this server never released.

There are loads of amazing Managers & Configurations Developers across MCM but I feel only a small share of them would be as dedicated as I would. I've been focusing on my own projects & development recently but I'm also looking into a Management position to help a new or old server start off well or keep running to the right standards.
