Director / Management Recruitment
Antiqu is currently looking for Managers / Directors to work behind the sceens to grow and assist the team. Antiqu Development is the backbone to an up-and-coming Hytale Project.

#1 | General Director
Description:
- The General Director is required to work alongside the team to produce a better team. The General Director conducts team meetings, works with team leaders, and keeps a strict overlook on the current projects. The General Director also works alongside the Leadership Team to produce the best for the entire team. The General Director upholds leadership on the team to make sure everything is being done. The General Manager must be able to frequently legally sign contracts as this is an essential part of their job.
#2 | Operations Director
Description:
- The Operations Director is in charge of all Operation Procedures. They are the backbone to our recruiting system. The Operation Director deals with managing current projects, planning for future projects, and recruiting Operators for the team, operators are all specialty roles (ex. Developer, Artist, System Administrator).
#3 | Recourses Manager
Description:
- The Recourses Manager is required for Managing payroll, economic activity, advertisements, and project pricing. The Recourses Manager must be able to fluently detail economic spreadsheets. The Recourses Manager also must be able to legally sign contracts as it is an important part to completing their daily tasks.
#4 | Community Manager
Description:
- The Community Manager is our main accessor to the Hytale Community we intend to value. The Community Manager is required to manage community production and work hand-in-hand with the community to provide the best experience for them.
Requirements for all Positions |
- Must be able to Legally Sign Contracts or have a Patron to.
- Must have past experience in Management.
- Must have a resume.
Pay Information |
- Managers are paid by Payroll Discussed by the Leadership Team. All payment contracts are set before the 5th of every Month. Payments are Bi-Weekly with Payments on the 5h and 20th of every month.
