Greetings all, I am currently offering my Manager experience to someone for free whether it be a small or big server I am looking to help out.

Background Information

My name is Beth, I’m currently 19 turning 20 in August. I’m from South Wales in the UK and speak fluent English. I’m a friendly person and very community orientated.

Management Experience

I was a part of the Head Management team on a server called Desteria which at the time was hitting over 2,000 players a day. I worked myself up from the trial helper to the Management team working closely with Buycraft issues, managing an admin email, hiring and off-hiring staff members, forums (Xenforo) and in-game issues which on the occasion involved using the consoles. In the time I was part of the Management team I was promoted to Community Manager, my role was to be the first face players seen when they logged on, I was to host events and basically get very much involved with our community which I enjoyed.

Desteria is the only server I have been Management on but I was there for over a year, I have a working microphone and Skype account, I will be available to book in meetings when needed.

Payment

I am offering my experience for free as I’m quite a new member here. Just to prove my eligibility really.

Why pick me as your Manager/Community Manager?

I’m a dedicated individual and hard working, I can provide references from the Server Owners I previously worked with and opinions from the community themselves on how I performed during my time. I am quite happy to provide my skills and experience in a similar role as a lower level of staff.

Requirements

• Access to creative mode and to giving out prizes for events​
• Admin commands in-game and on the forums, access to posting Announcement posts for upcoming events and information and sorting out general issues​
• Access to Buycraft and any emails in association with this so I can again sort out issues​
• Communication! I cannot stress how important this is​
• Staff control assisted, obviously you will know your staff better, I will require to be able to off-hire and hire staff based on if they are performing​

As long as you've gotten great previous experiences in management. I see that your position should be paid and not free, because management is hard work and it will take ALL your time. -1

I generally enjoy the game itself and looking after the community, I enjoy the role overall. I'm not interested in payment, I was paid during my time at Desteria but I would of done it for free but obviously they couldn't pay one and not the other.
