Looking to hire a few staff or community managers. I am 23 and just got a full time job where I make $40 a hour as a cloud engineer but it starts mid-july.

I am looking for highly motivated and driven individuals who will work "like an animal" (that's how I work at least). I was a 16 year old kid on MC Market once, I am looking for someone who has that same drive and passion that I did.

This is not a "fun" job, this is not a game. You will be tested thoroughly over the next few months and if you can prove your value to me, I have no problem paying you very well regularly. However, I know what it takes to earn that money and if your not worth it, you will be replaced with someone who is.

So assuming what you've said, payment would only be provided after a course of a few months? Not trying to hate simply making sure I understood it correctly.

I will pay a bit first month if you are successful and then we can go from there. Main point is that this isn't a cash grab. If your not dedicated to what I am trying to create here, you can go somewhere else.
