Hello, I'm Modification, or Josh. This thread will contain information pertaining to my abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and other things of that sort that can help you determine if I'd be the right pick for your server.

Why I'm looking for work/applying + info about how I work
I'm applying for several reasons, the first of which being my love for helping others. Ever since I was little, I've enjoyed the task of helping other people. Even though it's a small thing to help people online, it does not go unrecognized, as makes me feel as if I've made a change, no matter how small it is. If I can help one player today, maybe they can do the same for another as well. Helping others has always been a large part of my life, and I've extended that to the online gaming community, specifically MineCraft. Helping others is extremely beneficial to the server, as it enhances the player experience, which is the most important job of a staff member. Enhancing player experience is a staff members job. Catching hackers enhances a player's experience, as well as helping them does. Almost all of the things a staff member does goes back to player experience. Another reason is that I take joy in moderating, especially on a forum. Forum moderation is one of my favorite things to do, and I'm extremely active on most forums that I join. I also love doing it in game as well. Like forum moderation, chat moderation is another one of my specialties. Rule enforcing is usually simple for me, especially in chat. In chat, it's usually simple to tell if a person is breaking a rule, though it's sometimes more tricking in the game itself. For instance, telling if somebody is hacking could be difficult. Most of the time I can tell if they're using a hacked client, but if the server is laggy and they're PvPing, that definitely makes it a bit harder. If you're accusing somebody of anti knockback but the server is lagging, then it's hard to tell if they're moving away or they're hacking. Then again, it also depends on the amount of lag and what hacked client they're being accused of using. PvP oriented modifications are usually the easiest to spot. Lastly, if accepted, I'll devote most of my free time to this server. I have tons of free time, and where better to spend it then there? I can assure you that the majority of my free time will be spent online.
I'd just like so state that in no way does my age limit my abilities.
Experience:
SunRaids: SunRaids was a factions server with a playerbase peak of 300, but sadly it closed when the owners sold it to move on to other things.
ZonaCraft: A server I used administrate, ZonaCraft was a small network that closed down a bit ago due to lack of progression and funds.
SkyMetro: Easily my biggest experience, SkyMetro was a server I held a position of Senior Moderator on. I staffed there from July 26th 2017 - November 3rd 2017. It was a 400-1.4k playerbase server that was dying down, and I purposely got myself demoted from it, as I saw progression at an all time low on this server. I'd rather not publicly say what I did to get myself demoted, but I will enlighten you upon request (wasn't too bad; didn't ban half the server or anything).

I'll list my skills, some facts about me, and some other things.
Skills:
- I rage on a little to never basis
- I'm very social, so I'll engage with the community often
- I can easily moderate a chat, as I know how to punish players properly, and stop them from breaking the rules
- I won't abuse. Abusing is scummy, selfish, and mean in general. I have no intentions to abuse, as I'm not that kind of person.
- I can handle hackusators. If a player messages me claiming that a player is using a hacked client, I'll tell them I'm investigating it. I'd use (if I had these permissions) vanish, and teleport to them to investigate. I'd watch the player for 5-10 minutes, and then I'll tell the player it's being handled. If they were hacking, I'd record them, and punish them to the fullest extent. If they weren't, I'd keep an eye out, but I won't interfere with them at all.
- I'm a calm, kind individual who thinks socialization is key to a happy time

- Can sometimes say the right thing– but I also may come out as rude (rarely)

- I am, and have been, a vegan for 7 years
- I take pride in whatever I do, regardless of the quality
- I love mathematics and social studies– they intrigue me
- After prison, skyblock is my favorite gamemode

Pay would be preferable, depending on what work I'm doing, no matter how little or how big. I'm fine without pay, as I am not that reputable, and I'm also in this for the experience.
