I am currently looking for a potential management position. I have no preferred management role whether that be community, staff or background management.
Experience:
I have just today as the day of this post thread, shut down my Minecraft server called VaderMC which we had hoped to bring into a Network not just factions. Unfortunately due to background issues it had to close and pending further update. If you wish to discuss more about this server feel free to add me on Discord which my tag is posted at the bottom of this Discord .
I should also add that I have worked for various little Minecraft servers with very bad management or ownership who did not have good budget planning or lacked good communication within the staff team. They also had extremely high aspirations which of course were not achievable.
I am not looking for anything potentially long term just general experience. I would also like some little side cash which would be nice but isn’t necessary. Say maybe £10-15 GBP would do nicely but of course this would not effect my work ethic or loyalty to your project or business.
I really do think most of management especially community management do not require a lot of Minecraft knowledge itself even though it is necessary for most actions in terms of admin however I believe it really is down to people skills and how you are as a person and how you can deal with problems.
