Management Postion

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to take a management position on my up and coming network, at this current time information about the project cannot be disclosed as we are looking for a individual who can help make key decisions in the creation and development of our brand.

This position WILL NOT be paid originally, this sucks however resources must go towards the development and advertisement of the network, once we can estimate donations this will become a paid position.

The project has a starting budget of £500/$625, This should cover graphics, website development and server development, this should also cover advertisement however we understand how crucial that can be therefore can allocate additional funds.

Before inquiring about a potion please read this little about me, that way you can get a sense of who you are working with.

Hey! ImKarma, Funny right? I have been a server owner for as long as I can remember, I have owned multiple large networks on garry's mod, I have created a few minecraft servers however have never got to the position to launch it either from lack of funding or time, I have learnt from this mistake hence allocating a larger budget to this project, I am online pretty much everyday, I can create basic plugins however i'm not too confident with my skills, I can also create fairly decent websites.

They're technically not a service team, but a management duo, they've just taken the bad nature of service team (copy paste messages on several threads) and used that.

Thanks for the info, I guess I just don’t like that kind of approach.
