Management & Sales Reps (Money involved)

Hello. Currently, I own a business called Valorant Boosting Services. This is recently made, but the discord is setup already, and now I'm just looking for staff. The current staff I need are:
- 1 manager (paid)
- 2-3 more Sales Reps (commission)
- 2-3 more boosters (commission, requirement is Immortal+)

The way I run it is whenever a ticket is made, the Sales Rep who found the client gets added to the ticket. Management talks to the people, and once the deal is confirmed, we will @ the role "Booster" and whoever responds first is assigned that person. In our tos, the payment is required beforehand, and the announced Sales Rep and the Booster will get a % of the outcome.

Is the management positions paid per percentage or is it a fixed weekly/monthly payment?

You get paid weekly, but off a % of income.
