- Spend at least 6 hours fulfilling my management duties on your server daily;
- Gather and organize all information on problems or procedures that may be going on in your community;
- Analyze the gathered data, and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding, which would be beneficial for your server in many different ways;
- Stay in contact with all staff members on a regular daily basis, with the pure intention to ensure successful functioning of all procedures and the server in general;
- Review forms and reports, and confer with the rest of the management team and our users about identifying problems, and coming up with improvements for every single aspect of your community;
- Interview new applicants, and make sure how they are all well suitable for the specific position on your community;
- Prepare guidelines and train the fellow staff members in use of new forms, according to the organizational policy of your server;
- Maintain and update all human resources documents, such as organizational charts and all kinds of different archives;
- Prepare and review reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency of some specific aspects;
- Set goals and deadlines for each department;
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for every single server aspect;
- Solve problems from a neutral, non-biased viewpoint;
- Suggest a lot of new feautures, which would make the server more fun and overall interesting for everyone;
- Moderate, administrate, and manage all community platforms which are in the posession of your server on a regular daily basis;
- Write and publish announcements/news posts, when needed;
- Manage and successfully maintain a professional, yet fun staff team to work with;
- Help out with recruiting specific service providers as I have a lot of contacts saved already, and those include artists, developers, builders, and many other service providers, who are all exceptional experts in their respected fields;
