Hello MC-Market community I’m TheSuperman/AddMyMC I’m a YouTube and Staff Manager and I would like to offer my time and dedication to any YouTubers who need help with their channel growing and minecraft servers who need a manager to help them with managing staff on their server.

Only DM me if you’re serious because I don’t want my time or anyone else’s time wasted.

Why am I doing this for free?
I understand that some servers have a budget they need to stick to and perhaps they don’t have the time to find a good manager.
I’m also aware that YouTubers need help with growing their channel and simply not have money for it.

Methods
YouTube Manager : I will be giving you a discord link that will take you to a discord called “YouTube” in that discord there will be text channels with different ways to help boost your subscribers and views *NOTE* Subscriber and Viewboosting through 3rd party sites will be there but there will be a mini phrase that says (Not recommended) so it will not promote any of that, it will be promoting tags, keywords and secret methods with the tags and keywords depending on the category of your video it will be supplied.

Staff Manager : I will manage the staff team and conduct meetings, I will be putting in fair rules for staff to follow and if they are failed the following staff will be striked (depending on the severity because it could be a warning) I will cooperate with the Owner when coming to the decision of promoting/demoting staff and I will talk to some high staff too including their mentor. A mentor will only be used on a Helper or Trial-Mod however, it could be used if a Moderator and higher does hit 2 strikes.

Am I the only one to actually check his feedback? If he is in the wrong, he gets upset and cannot accept that he was in the wrong. Same thing that a child does. I'm willing to bet that he is under 13, and if he can't take feedback, there is no way in hell that he should be hired into a management position. That's my opinion on it, thanks.
