Today I am offering my management services to the public.
Let me tell you a little about myself.
My name is Will. I'm from Sydney, Australia and I am 18 years old.
I've been doing management since 2015 for some big servers and a lot of little servers.
Over time, I have gained a lot of experience in this type of environment. Not only have I gained knowledge in management, but I am pretty useful as a staff member as well.
My main focus for management is survival, HCF, regular factions, kitpvp, sg, and skyblock.
I know it seems like I wouldn't have experience considering the number of small servers I have worked on. As well as big servers I have worked on.
The difference for me is that these small servers have been given all the necessary requirements from me as the manager, but somehow we didn't have the best luck and we couldn't make it big.
But now I'm determined to find a server that I can work on, I'm looking for a server that has been set up but is looking for a manager to organize the server and its players.

Experience -
My experience altogether as a manager and staff member has been going on for around 5 years. of course, this does not include my casual job outside of Minecraft.
Here are my servers (note, not all of them are mentioned, just the reasonably achieved ones.)
desirehcf - moderator - ss instructor (highest achieving server, had around 300 on sotw. had partnerships like apex, Parkton, ashc00n, vallerion and more.)
sizzlecraft - manager (one of my small worked on servers.)
kamihq - manager (one of my small worked on servers.)
nox practice - manager and owner
flowhcf - manager (one of my small worked on servers.)
vapehcf - manager (one of my small worked on servers.)
minecorner - mod (high achieving server, reached around 180-200 players in it's prime on sotw.)
pvpcove - admin+ - ss director (high achieving server, reached around 90-120 per day in its prime.)
I also have many other experiences as staff members but I can not remember the names.
Dedication-
As a manager, part of my duty is to be dedicated. managers, as well as staff members cant, perform properly without some sort of dedication. if I feel like the server I am hired for is worth my time, effort and dedication, I will give my absolute best to provide for the server and help out in any way possible.
Priority-
As I said before, if I am dedicated to the server, this server will be my #1 priority.
I will be active every day to give a helping hand to either the staff or players with an obstacle that they have come across.
Learning and Overcoming -
Every day I strive to learn something new and I'm sure when I'm working with you that we will both come across something that we aren't familiarised with. not only will this be a challenge for us but it will give us a chance to build a friendship as we overcome the challenge.
