Hey! My name is Evan. Looking for a manager for your Minecraft server/network? You're in the right place! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm 14 years old. I live in Ireland, meaning my timezone is Irish Time Zone (IST). I'm experienced and proficient in what I do.| Experience |
I have ample experience as a staff member, and a manager on various Minecraft servers. I began staffing Minecraft servers as a moderator on a medium sized network known as Megacraft. As a moderator, my main responsibilities were moderating chat, and removing rule breakers. This is how my line of work began. My primary staffing experience to date, was at AJGaming Network. AJGaming is a primarily modded network, which I managed. I began merely as a chat moderator, but worked my way up to become a network manager. As a manager, some of my responsibilities were general administration, maintaining the servers, managing and training the staff team, creating announcements to keep the community updated, coming up with new ideas, implementing such ideas, and much more. I work as a sales rep, web developer, and setup specialist with Minecript. I deal with clients and work with colleagues on a daily basis.| Traits & Skills |
I am mature, and professional. I have patience, and show anger towards those who disrespect me, but instead I deal with them appropriately. I deliver a high standard of work across the board. I work well as part of a team, or individually. I'm polite and helpful. People find me to be outgoing, and easy to get along with. I've been playing Minecraft since the start of 2013, and know the game well. I've played on just about every server type there is. I have an extensive knowledge of commands and plugins. I'm capable of doing configuration work and server setups. I can not code plugins, or build nice Minecraft structures, although I can recognize good builds when I see them.| What I Offer |
I can work under various management roles, including general management, staff management, community management, media management, backed server management. and more! If I worked for you, some of the things I can do are in-game moderation and administration to ensure the community are following the server rules, interact with the community, manage announcements, social media, and events. I can keep the forums clean, deal with support requests can ban appeals. I can manage the staff team, mentor staff members, and hire and train new staff members from suitable applications.| What I Am Looking For |
I prefer not to work for a server with an average player-base under 25. Preferable player-base is 50+. Depending on what services are required, pay me not be necessary, but is negotiable, and rates are low compared to other's who offer similar services.
