My name is Lars and I work as a Manager on projects I really enjoy to work on! I quit being a manager for a while now since I was very busy focusing on some other big projects and on my future in real life, but since I have everything sorted I'd to help some new people get their project booming. Mostly looking for a server or company that has already been released or will release in the very near future. I am mainly looking for servers or companies with a decent budget, so there is something to work with and something to build stuff up with to the best standards possible.

Staff Managing:
This kind of management will include Staff Managing as stated above. Basically what I'll be doing as a Staff/employee Manager is taking care that every staff member is doing their job correctly and that they make sure that they enjoy their time on the team. I'll also hold interviews/evaluations now and then with each staff member to make sure they feel well and to make sure they can handle the standards that the project requires.
I am someone that tries to improve staff members with the mistakes they make, not to punish them. If you make a mistake I simply give tips, so you won't make the same mistake again.
Forum/Website Managing:
This kind of management will include Forum or Website Managing. What I'll be doing is taking care that all formats are well made and without any grammar mistakes. I'll also be Managing all sections on the forum or website and monitor if there is no inappropriate language in the threads or comments. If you have a webshop website, a company website, this will be of course different. Then I will be posting updates regularly and update the website.
This kind of managing will also include suggestion managing. By this, I mean that I'll be taking a look at all suggestions made in the suggestion section once in a while and accept all suggestions which might be useful for the server or company to improve the best way possible.
Recruitment Managing:
This kind of management will include Recruitment Managing. Basically, when a certain type of person is needed, I will use my network to get you the best person possible for the budget you have. This can be for example Developers, Builders, Website creators, Illustrators, managers etc.
Community Management:
Community Managing concludes keeping the community up to date about changes that are made and answering the questions people might have.
Event Managing:
Event managing for discord servers or game servers is what I provide but also for big communities.
Social Media Managing:
This kind of management will include Social Media Managing. If your server/company has any kind of social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook or anything else, I'll be daily keeping everyone up to date and reply to the Community to the best I can.
Handling business inquires:
If you have a big company or you have a big project where there are a lot of e-mails are going in and out, I would be able to handle them.

This person came to me with the problem that he was looking for someone to help him for already months, but he didn’t succeed. Hence why he asked me to help him.
After I asked him for some information, I successfully networked a little bit and recruited someone who was suitable to do the things Jacob was looking for.
Trevor Bryan:
This person came to me with the question if I could help him with managing his upcoming server, so I told him that I could do that and now we’re both working to get everything done to come to the point where we can release.
Andrew (aka Cyprus):
This person was looking for advertising management, so I did some advertising work for him.
Michael:
This person was looking for an intern manager for a big project and we are currently working on a project named Stolendale.
Klunix:
Hired my build team for builds.
Miquel:
Hired my build team for builds.
Yoeri (Owner of biggest cracked server):
Hired my build time for a skywars map.

Zoxeh was looking for a live chat support manager, so he accepted me. (No longer working there).
