Hey, dont see this as trashing. See this as a professional and well known manager asking you a few questions.

1) Why do you call yourself a "Professional Manager" when you haven't managed any large server only staff'd on them
2) Is your IGN "Curvvy" so i can check with past servers managers/owners to see if your experience is true.
