Hello! My name is Dan, a 16 year old from the UK

I have been apart of the minecraft community since I was 8 years old. At the start, I mainly enjoyed factions with a couple friends, however later grew into HCF / Practice and also owning a few popular servers.

I am going to be offering management services to a HCF / Practice server that is already established, or releasing soon and I can see potential in. These services will be free of charge, and I will only be going to 1 server / network to keep my time managed well.

What I can offer

Finding prices of partnerships / getting people onboard
Showing a great example of an amazing manager, giving the staff tips on where they can improve etc
Firm but fair rules for staff members to ensure we stay as professional as possible
A bridge between staff and the community, getting involved with others making them feel welcomed
Thorough checks through staff applications, filtering those who will do amazing and declining those who will have no benefit
Staff meetings - focusing on points us as a team can improve on, things we've been doing well, considering promotions, encouraging others
Managing screensharing - Ensuring that the staff team is up to date and can efficiently and effectively find players who are cheating
Organising events
Discord moderation
Ticket moderation
Forum moderation
Being as active as I possibly can
Effective use of communication to come up with solutions to problems

I am also taking a course in college which involves hardware, software, data security with servers etc. This may be a benefit as I learn more in college, I can carry over to the server
