I mean, I play Rocket League and a few other Steam games—tried out Fortnite as well, but it doesn't run well enough to be entertaining.

Then again, I don't really play for the entertainment factor—just a lot of the management and staffing.

$25 per month is a lot to manage a server

Strictly speaking, $25/mo is extremely low.

In America, the minimum wage is 7.25 USD per hour.
He stated he will work for at least two hours per day. Let's say he will work for one hour a day as you can see how much of an underpayment it is.

7.25 x 7 = $50.75 (Weekly)
50.75 x 4 = $203 (Monthly)

So $25/mo is cheap, you are definitely not overpaying him. I am aware that since he is under the legal age to receive minimum wage this does not actually apply, but this comparison was done with the intent to not discriminate against age.
