Not trying to trash, and don't have much experience working with him, however with some research here is what I found within a few minutes:
Kastia MC: Was manager for around a monthish (short period of time) and during a time where the server was not even open.
Miniga.me: As stated in this thread, this server only got it's playercount for a short time because it had a large f-top prize, and it quickly died under his administration.
BeefPVP & GlobalPVP: As stated above in this thread, he can not prove he was staff on here, and I could not find much of anything here.
Both BlazedPVP & his own server have not opened yet.
Tl;dr not experienced.

Good that you brought this up. I had to address it sooner or later.
I'm gonna go through each of your points one by one to make some clarification.
KastiaMC: I never claimed that I was a part of Kastia while it was still incredibly relevant. In fact, in a previous version of my thread, I even stated that it was "under development".
MiNiGA.ME: A few things to say about this one.
The server's player-count was partly because of the f-top prize, yes, I'll admit that. But it also had some really unique, custom features that made the gameplay enjoyable.
The reason it died was essentially because of an exploit that a faction found, which completely ruined the economy.
Also, factions servers these days are getting a playerbase because of the large f-top, MiNiGA.ME being part of those servers.
BeefPvP & GlobalPvP: While I may not have concrete proof, I can get a vouch from a staff member who was a senior administrator on BeefPvP, and owned Global.
BlazedPvP & TheRift: Where did I ever claim that they did open? My thread quite clearly states that both are in development.

Alright so let's see where your experience is,
Never heard of Beef or Global, so not much there. Minigame was under your administration as you stated, and there was a major exploit? Not going to count that as a negetive, but not as a positive either. Blazed & Rift can't give much experience if they aren't opened yet, and Kastia you made seem like in a discord chat that it was a lot bigger of a server then it is.
Not hating, just making sure everyone who sees this wasn't WOW'd from all the fancy server names without doing research.
I took no part in the Discord chat while you and Aurifex were talking.
Aurifex did defend me with a few incorrect facts, though.

As an Administrator on Minigame, during the time of which Splitback was a Discord administrator, the server died on its release due to the owners and developers going to bed with many exploits and giving me access to nothing. This lead to huge amounts of players quitting and not wanting to play.
To top it off, the owners were scammers. They didn't pay the FTOP and sold the server only to take it back. Splitbacks administration has nothing to do with the disaster of a server.
