Vouch. Probably the best manager I've worked with. Back when I was a developer for a certain server, they made a decision to layoff Utaninja from the team because the owners thought he did practically nothing to improve. After the removal of Utaninja, the server got attacked with a massive downwards spiral.. it was because of that I chose to quit. The moral of what I just said is this guy can actually get stuff done, and keep it well maintained.
