I worked with Sosa for a long period of time when I was Administrator for PrimeMc. Went through a stage of immaturity but grew out of it for the better. I believe it was the environment he was in that brought out immaturity in alot of people, not just himself.

Eventually he overcame the immaturity and moved away from those who were known to cause unnecessary influence.


In terms of his staffing experiences... he did have ups and downs but the time he worked alongside me as Administrator I had nothing but good things to say about him.

His duties as Staff;

• Mainly moderating KitPvP for hackers & screen-sharing on occasions, aswell as moderation on other gamemodes such as Skyblock , Prison, factions etc..
• Xenforo moderation (Basic work - Locking / Unlocking threads, moving, applying prefixes etc - As a Normal staff member would be expected to do.)
• Helping new staff members settle into their role as "Helper" and help educate them around the server through a mentor programme.
• Reviewed other staff Hacker video proof fairly and unbiased to provide a equal playing field for all players.
• Minimum of 5+ hours a week - Although during my time roughly spent around 25 hours on the network moderating. (This didn't include forum work or discord moderation)

Overall i'd vouch for him. I feel if he continues to not be influenced by those looking to cause trouble he can be a reliable asset to any server.

If I was still in Management and in need of someone I could reliably trust to moderate my network I would gladly take him on.

This could happen to you if you get on Sosa's bad side, im being quite serious.
If he has the power and you get on his bad side, he will keep your files and possibly blackmail you if he doesn't like you.
(If you would like proof, of these accusations ill be more than happy to send them to you)



OUTLINE

Sosa was hired as a manager on SkyPrimes network. for the first week he played his role smoothly, and we even eventually started to playing games outside of work related times, were we became mutual friends.
He did manage the server professionally to the public sometimes, but behind doors was quite immature and couldn't take the answer, NO

If he was given the answer no to something he wanted for his Idealistic Server, he would then contest the final decision of the Owner such as myself because its not the way he wanted things.
With Sosa being stubborn, he relentlessly rebelled and continued to not hold back, this as an owner was difficult to manage, and a private discussion was held about his position.

He would constantly talk down about Other Members such as Management and Admins to me behind there backs.
He was to be Fired but shortly resigned after a Failed release.


HOWEVER

I would not suggest working with him, but i believe myself and Sosa were just opposite personality's which lead to a lot of clashes in decision making, this does not excuse the fact of his immaturity and what he has done, but in all honesty, he will work hard if given something to work hard for, however it is rare but was seen with me when payment was offered or he would have bursts of motivation.

My Overall time with Sosa was not great, due to what has been listed above, and even after he had resigned, he then griefed my DNS on my Cloudflare, which lead to me believing he should not be trusted or to hold responsibility to other servers means of functioning such as Console,Website etc. . .

I’m happy to leave this here even though I disagree with 95% of what you have said. People have opinions and ‘their side’ of the story - like this post right here.

MASSIVE DEVOUCH

Sosa worked at MCWars below me for about a month. I wasn't at MCWars for Map 1, so I can't vouch for his responsibilities back then, but there are few discrepancies on this portion of his resume..

He was an admin, responsible for general in-game moderation, Discord moderation, looking into islands, etc. He was SS Verified, though it was not his job to ensure that those protocols were followed. He DID report bug fixes and contributed in that way, but he was not fixing them himself as he made it to look. I am the head of ban appeals, he was a member of my team but he did NOT manage the appeals team.

His ultimate reason for demotion was his excessive toxicity and complete disregard for hierarchy and orders/corrections given to him. There are multiple screenshots of the events that followed after his demotion, completely unprofessional and out of line.

I did say earlier that I can vouch, but after thinking about it I disagree with what he did. Sosa was striked for using an inappropriate sound-board in a support call with a player. While being striked he decided to record the whole conversation and then put it on his sound-board and continue to use that in staff calls acting very un-professional.

Now I won't lie, Sosa can be a great person to talk to but he is also very unprofessional and lacks maturity.

This is filled with lies.
First of all, the strike was for using a soundboard in a call with 2 friends which happened to be in a support room. You can ask both the staff member and the player in the call.
Secondly, I didn't record the conversation of me getting striked it was the conversation of me talking to the manager about it. This was allowed as I followed the rules with recording calls and did it in the appropriate channels.
