Hey, I am Mr_T_thats_me and I am here to offer a manager/admin position on a minecraft server.

First, I would like to introduce myself and my previous experience:
~ Previous helper on primemc.
~ Can put in a lot of hours a week.
~ Owned a large server.
~ Good builder with a team(coming soon)
~ Requires access to promoted/demote and hire staff.
~ Server admin perms in-game.
~ £5 per week+
~ Has made custom plugins...
~ Does xenforo development.

You said 'you owned' a large server... Proof?
And under 'stating your experiences' you include what you require if you want to be staff on their server. I suggest putting that under and tab.
And just saying, if you only have experience as a helper on a server, that may not be enough for a manager/admin role on a server as the prerequisites of the role is vastly different.
