Hello Reader! Now, you may be thinking to yourself (Who is this guy) Well, I'm here to introduce you about me, and what I can do for your server/future server!
Introduction
Hello! My name is Xyist formally known as Jay. I'm currently 14 years old I've been interested in Minecraft servers for a long time now, dating back from 1.7.10! I've always wanted to be apart of a big server where I could help out others, and enjoy making everyone satisfied with their experience. Now, you must be wondering (Wait, he's only just a new member? How could he be THIS good?) Well, simply I just found out about MCM via through some of my friends, and they suggested that I should try and find some servers to help out. Now since I'm new I have yet to have a lot of vouchers, but, I have gained some server owners/staff members that I have previously worked with to share their opinion on how I run things and how I do things, the amazing support was astonishing, now it's time to give back all the support and help out owners like you with whatever you may need!
Requirements
Now sadly I do have my standards to what I may want to bring, but they aren't set high! I just want to make sure that my assistance with being staff isn't wasted after a week or a month, I want to dedicated my time into making your server fully playable and enjoyable.
The Requirements are as listed
- You must have a Player Database of 10+ Daily
- You must have funding for plugins/Keeping the server up/Etc. So that we don't always have to rely on donations
- You must be willing to work and cooperate with me
- You must have a working website (Be it Enjin, XenForo, etc.)
- You must have a way of communication (Discord, Skype, Etc.)
- You don't rely on donations to keep the server up
When you meet all your requirements, Congratulations, you're ready to work with me!
What I want
Since I'll be working I do want to set some standards that I want to at least be an Administrator/Manager anything that does an important part in increasing the servers player base and increasing it's success rate. I also want to be able to help out other players that might need help, and have access to things such as website and in game things.
What I can offer
I can offer 100% Guaranteed support for your next server, and on calls from the times of
1 PM to 9 PM. I can also offer support on anything server/website related that you might be stuck on, or that it's my job to do. I can also offer advertisement as I do own a YouTube channel, but it's very small in numbers, but, any players should do. I can also settle plugin additions and payments, I'm very good with managing money in a safe way that'll keep players interested while still keeping the essentials in place.
Previous Experience
My previous experience is in my bio, but, I'll put it right here so that you don't have to rummish around for it
Duck Network, Rank: Developer
Info: I was a Developer/Manager for Duck Network, I worked on their configurations while I also worked on making their website.
Database: they received a player database of 3 - 5 players on daily, it was a slow startup.
DreamMC, Rank: Helper Status: Demoted/Banned
Info: I was helper on DreamMC where I would have to work on making sure to enforce the rules while helping out other players, I was staff for at least a month and in that time I was younger then I am now, and more stupid, so I ended up being banned. So, don't let me being banned affect your decision to hire me. Why I was banned was because of Drama reasons within the community, but I've grown above it.

Inquity, Rank: Moderator Status: [Still Clinging]
Info: My work for Inquity consisted adding stuff to configuration (occasionally), enforce the rules to other players, and give players punishment if needed.
Player Database: 3 - 10 players daily
RKO Network, Rank: Administrator Status: [Still Admin]
Info: (Currently Still Admin) I work on enforcing the rules to players, answer questions, fix configuration, fix the website and forum patrol.
Player Database: 20 - 30 Players Daily

Info: I used to own this network called Ramshra, it was very faction based and survival based, but I got a decent player base for just one staff member.
