To get started what do I have to offer? As stated above I will be going thru the fact i'm offering Manager/Administrator services on minecraft servers.
Requirements for server?:
Must be dedicated
Server must have Xenforo forum not enjin or others.
Must be very experienced
Owners must be atleast 16
Must have Teamspeak / Discord / Skype
What do I have to offer?:
As I am very mature and experience in the departement of managing a server I take my job very serious. The benefit you will have is that i'm totally free I don't charge any money for the work I do for the server. I have related experience where I have proofed that I am a very well worker. When it comes to doing manager work such as hiring new staff members and updating the community with news feed it's very important to take the job serious and to write a decent news feed. I'm 17 years old and i'm very dedicated to spend major of my time on the forum and as well in-game. It's important to make sure that you will take it as serious as possible. I'd like to announce as well that the server i'll be working for that I will be willing to spend a good 2 years of my time as duty as manager/administrator.
How I work?:
When you contact me for the very first time i'd first like to have a personal talk to you to understand how you work and what you have to offer on the server. I will also look into the gamemodes the server has. Remember I do not wish to be a staff member where there are for example 16 players on skyblock and 60 on factions and 40 on creative for example. The server must be structured. I wil also talk about how you want to deal with the player base and how we can incrase it. When working on a partner is important to understand the whole community how the players are and how toxic / kind the server is. When it comes to hiring staff members I will make sure they are very skilled and mature for the job. I also take an eye on toxicity which is the most important thing for me. When a player is toxic I keep in mind that he isn't mature or he is just toxic. This will also decrase the chance of being a staff member on the server.
Extras?:
When there will be issue's around the server or I notice that the work that will be done or we agree on a decent list where we both work hard to bring everything to a solid end. And this agreement gets disrespected I will resign from the server. I hope that this post will make you PM me for further information.
