Hello members of the mc-market community! My name is Matt but some people call me 0bviously. I am here on this thread post to tell you about what I have to offer and the skills I have to help you guys succeed!
I am 15 years old. Yes, I know, I may seem extremely young to be doing this. I mean who would trust a 15 year old with this huge responsibility? But I can assure you, you can trust me. I have many skills and qualities that will get you what you need.
Here Is my resume. I have chosen to answer these questions because I feel they are very meaningful and get straight to the point.
-What makes you stand out from other applicants:
Maturity: I am a very mature person, I am always there helping someone and I am on task and focused on what needs to be done. I can be a funny person to talk to and hang out with but when it comes to being staff and helping others then I become serious. I respect the member even if they were to disrespect me I would help them with what they need.
Forums: I am a very active member on forums. Whenever I'm doing homework and need a break, I hop on, go through recent posts and help people that need help. I have some experience with designing websites so I can do that too.
Teamspeak: I have owned a lot of team speaks and also made a lot of teamspeak's I know my way around a lot of tricky things in team speaks. I have made my own TeamSpeak that many people will come in and say Hello or just ask me a question about how to work TeamSpeak. I am their to help them. I always teach people how to set up permissions on a team speak and also create cool spacers and channels.
Not Biased: I always listen to both sides of the story before I take action. I am a nice person and I just don't pick sides even if it was a friend or an enemy. I would listen to the current situation and maybe ask other staff. I will always be kind and respect full to everyone on the server.
Effort: I put a lot of effort into staffing on servers. I always do the best I can to the max. I put as much effort as I put when I'm staff into my school work. I try to make my parents, my boss, and also the owners and staff managers of the server happy and proud of the work I have done to help and also give the place a good name.
Responsibility: I will always take the blame for something I did. I would never just push it on to another staff member. Being staff on a server is basically representing the server of what type of people they accept and what type of people they keep and promote. If you are being toxic or talking shit about a different server. While that being said you shouldn't really hack on another server either if you are staff. It shows how much respect you have for the server you are staff on to the server you are hacking on.
Learning New Things: I have learned things different then other people so if a staff member would like to teach me a different way then that is fine. I would like to learn different ways to do things. If that is with screensharing or banning. I would always respect another staff member talking to me and teaching me.
Spelling and Grammer: Yes, I'm 15 years of age and of course I'm not the perfect typer, but I am a good one. I am always quick to respond with straight to the point answers so the player or staff member who asked the question can get on with playing ASAP!
-Experience being a Manager:
Now I do not have a lot of experience but from what I can tell you it is very meaning full. I am a Advertising Manager for a new server called IceBorn Network which is factions and will be recruiting soon and I have been Manager on plenty of small servers but I do have the experience. I know I don't have the greatest amount as other people have but I believe you have to start somewhere.
-Are you able to invest any of your money towards The server? If so, how much:
I can invest money but not a lot, considering my age I can invest around $40 as of now and possibly more in the future.
-How many hours you’re available during the weekdays and weekends on average:
Estimated Schedule:
My time zone is EST
Monday: 3:00pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday: 4:00pm to 9:30pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Thursday: 4:00pm to 9:30pm
Friday: 2:45pm to 11:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30am
Sunday: 10:00am to 10:30pm
