Hello and welcome to my offering of my expertise of being Manager/CommunityManager!
In this I will show you my experience, who I am, how I work and why I wanna work.
Experience:
(+)ParaPvP - Senior Moderator. In this role of Senior Moderator, there was not much they were looking for from you. But the stress of having to still get on everyday and work, work and work. This server had around a 300 - 400 player base.
(+)McCritz - Administrator. In this role I had a lot of responsibilities. I had to help manage staff, be behind the scenes with the owners, and other admins working hard and diligently on growing our server. This server had around a 200 - 500 player base.
(+)NexusKits - Owner. Obviously in this role I had to do most of everything when I did not have a manager. I had to pay, manage staff, get YouTubers and more. My server had a player base of 50 - 100.
(+)VeltPvP - Moderator. In this role I was a Moderator and mainly just worked on the server and helping the players.
(+)AlkatrazPrison - Manager. In this role I managed staff, managed YouTubers, managed the players and mostly everything else that the Owners did not. This server had a player base of 100 - 150.
(+)BlockedUP - Manager. This is a prison server and my role was a manager and I did the normal job that a manager would do.This server had a player base of 100 - 200.
Why you should hire me:
Maturity: I am very mature, I am able to handle situations that some may not be able too. I am 16 years old, I have had 3 jobs and still have two currently.
I'm Free: I do not ask for pay unless we get the server like 500 + players.
I'm Dedicated: If you hire me I will be on everyday, on TS, Skype and forums, figuring out problems and helping players.
