Manager for a setups team

Hello, I'm launching a setups team soon and I need a manager that will take care of everything, meaning they would advertise the team, get commissions, answer questions, post thread in shoutbox. Pretty much everything, they need to be active and have decently high reputation. This is also paid, you will get % of each commission that you get for the team. Thanks.
