Manager for build carreer

Hey, I'm looking for a manager who is good at making deals because I'm honestly trash at it. What I also want the manager to be good at is or making a portfolio / renders of my builds for me or being able to get someone who can do it for me.
I want to take it big so I tought of going for a website including a portfolio, contact info some builds I am selling at the moment , a very special design the manager doesn't have to complete that job if he / she can't make sites but he / she needs to be able to get me someone who can (paid or non-paid)

The manager's job is mostly getting me jobs , after that speaking about it with me and getting a right price for it together.
He/she will ofcourse get a % of all deals do the more deals and the better deals we get the more money we both get.
The manager also needs to give me good build plans for non-exclusive and exclusive builds I would sell on the site.
