So, I started my small business/company a while ago and since joining Mc-Market, I have grown largely and improved my skills. Up until now, Cre8tionz is just me.I manage the payments coming in, I have created a very basic/ unreliable terms of service. I also manage my website as well as creating the artwork. I think it has come the time, for me to recruit someone who is willing to manage Cre8tionz for me, so I can focus on the creative side.
The skills that the manager will require:
- Be able to talk with customers, and scout for clients.
- Be able to provide invoices for payments for projects.
- Be able to create a reliable and secure Terms of Service/Legal document.
- Be able to manage payments.
- Able to manage the website, including updating the site.
- Manage social media website.
- Be paid on a percentage basis (Which will be discussed later).
Other requirements:
- A platform for communication.
- Polite and professional.
- Available often.
- Proficient English speaker.
- Good reputation on Mc-Market
As far as age/gender/anything else, I have no requirement. If I had to suggest a minimum age to apply, It would be around 16, but if you are professional and can get the job done, now of that matters!
This is all very general and brief, but more information will be given after I have chosen someone.
