Name: MaximC.

Age: 20.

Past Experience: Hi, I’m Maxim, 20-year-old Australian Minecraft enthusiast. For the most of my time working at a Minecraft server, it’s been on SkyServers. I managed their bungee-network, SkyHub. Which included three gamemodes (Prison, Creative & SkyBlock), and one custom gamemode.

I’m a pretty advanced configurator, I know most permission past plugins, such as GroupManager, PermissionEx, BungeePerms, and lately, LuckPerms. I managed SkyHub’s whole network and pretty much did everything that came with it. Configuring, booklet creating, forum organising, POTM/SOTM posts, weekly news post, advanced staff booklets, excel sheets, staff training, management systems, exceptional web-panels (created with network manager), and much much more.

I also did commission work on clients servers. Working on bug fixes, plugin config creation, and mainly making a whole network or a single server.

What makes you the best applicant: At the moment, I'm currently working on new and interesting techniques of network management, including that, would help plan, train, and hire staff members in a correct manner.

I fully understand corporate management skills, in which the way the train and place staff within their company, and means of access to higher management leaders, or even the CEO. Using those skills within a minecraft network would be very beneficial.

Thanks for taking the time in reading this.

Name: Andrew / Configurations

Age: 16

Past Experience:

Firstly, I have extensive BuyCraft experience, I have done donation support MC-Legends for over a year. I know when I see fake screenshots and I’ve dealt with just about every problem you can run into.

Secondly, I know nearly all commands for a majority of the game mode plugins for Minecraft, I am also an expert on all commands for Factions and KitPvP servers. I’ve had work experience on Mini-game servers, I know just about all permission plugin commands such as permissions ex, group manager and custom made plugin commands.

Thirdly, I have spent many hours going through config files of the plugin, whether they are custom to the server or public plugins I have done them both.

Fourthly, I can do a lot of Xenforo management, such as editing permission nodes and utilizing Xenforo.

Staff Experience
I have worked on several smaller server, and two large networks as a staff member. I have also owned several servers in the past. I am currently looking for a management or administrative position on an opened or a server that is in beta testing. The highest staff position I have held on a server was Moderator, on MC-Legends (1000+ players). This was in 2013- 2015 until the server was abruptly shut down and combined with Arkham Network. On MC-Legends due to my age at the time, I was not promoted to Administrator. Though I did hold Administrative duties, such as handling support emails, and forum support tickets. I was transferred over to Arkham (750+ players) as a Moderator. I decided to resign after two weeks of being staff on Arkham Network. Developer for PowerTrip, and a Moderator for Ikari Network, and upcoming HCF server.

Hammer Kingdoms
Administrator on Hammer Kingdoms (100+ players), I was in charge of the support team, I handled all chargebacks and buycraft support for players. Along with configurations in-game. I was also in charge of keeping track of all playtime for the staff members.

RKO Network (100+ players)
Manager, handled all in game issues regarding plugins. Worked along side with the Technicians and developers to improve gameplay and better the server for the players.

(Most was copied from my thread here: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/174775/)

What makes you the best applicant: Not only have I been a staff member on very successful servers, I am also running a successful company. CronosDigital has worked on Zerania, RoyalCraft, ParadiseMC, RKO Network, and Hammer Kingdoms. More information is able to be found on our website. http://cronosdigital.org/

Andrew / Configurations

Just to keep in note, I'm pretty sure that Hammer Kingdoms did not get 100+ players, as they did bot their release and had around ~30 player base after that. Just stating, I don't what to start an argument. I think RKO did it as well, but not too sure as it was under new ownership.
Neither botted their release, a matter of fact they both reached their peaks a day or two after release. Also, the numbers stated were peaks.[DOUBLEPOST=1500006664][/DOUBLEPOST]Just an update for anyone looking to be hired as a manager

Well, if you read previous posts, your would know we purchased the logo from the previous owners of the logo.
What? you getting owned by Jeremine
I have spoken to the original owner of pvp.zone, before the domain was transferred around.
You have absolutely no permission to use the logo. Along with that, I wouldn't recommend anyone working with you. A few searches should back up my information.

You are a scammer, and I advise nobody to work with you. You're also multi accounting.
Since people are going to come at me, I'll provide one screenshot which should be enough:
