Manager for hire!

Hey, I'm Left4Lag, I'm new to mc-market, but I am here to offer you guys a free server manager. Me!

Now, I am not the best manager, but I can handle the job responsibly, and professionally. I do not want to work for a Network just yet, I would rather work for a small server to start so I can get used to all of this.

Requirements:
I will not work for some kid who will promote anyone to admin just for making a shitty app and saying "I can does the permz!@!"

I want the owner I am working for to be mature and professional, and serious about his/her server. I don't want my work to be for nothing.

You have to be at least 13.

What you need to know:
I am NOT a plugin developer, I configure plugins, setup permissions, and enjin websites. So if your looking for a developer, I'm not your guy.

I will do my best to work on your server and to help it grow. I will also host in-game events if you'd like once the server is released. Such as spleef, pvp, etc.

reply to this thread with information about your server so I can decide which server I want to help. Be detailed, but logical.

If your not going to say anything nice in this thread, then don't reply at all. If I get a lot of hate on this, I'll close the thread and you will only be able to contact me via PM, Skype, or Kik.

I have a test-server I created in the form of a factions server if people would like to see my work. And moderation isn't even that hard to be honest. Someone breaks the rules, you warn them and kick/mute if they carry on. Not that hard.. and life is about taking risks, if you don't trust me, then don't hire me. I want someone who will take risks and trust me when nobody else will.

You say you are a manager for hire yet you mentioned nothing about your previous experience in management, clearly have no idea what a manager actually does, your grammar is isn't the best, and your thread is unorganized. All those things are essential if you want to be a successful manager of a large server, I suggest working as a lower rank on a fairly large server to build up your experience in large servers.
