Manager for MC-Resource! Upcoming Website!

Hello Everyone! I am posting a thread for the recruitment of a manager. As I am busy 24/7 with school, my server, coding and more. I need someone to help manage my upcoming website called "MC-Resource". You must be dedicated to the website and loving the idea. The application is down below, good luck to everyone!

What is MC-Resource?
MC-Resouce is a website for the minecraft community. On the website members can find out the latest Youtubers that record different gamemodes. Such as Factions, SkyBlock, CraftOfClans and more. Along with youtubers players can come to our website and find updated servers that are not like the rest, that only have unique features so they get the best experience out of minecraft. Next they can click on the texture pack section to then go into more sections of either "PvP", "Building", "Custom" texture packs for the type of game modes they play on. Other sections can and may be added depending on updates with the website.

Payment
The manager will be giving equity of the website. So, the harder you work, the more money you make. It is expected for the manager to make $200+ monthly.

Have you ever ran or been manager of a company before: Have been a staff manager of a big server that my friends used to own, I also have many connections to big admins/owners of bigger minecraft servers. (Mineplex, Hypixel, Etc.)
How many hours a day can you dedicate to the website: I'm not a no life and I'm not going to fucking lie so 1 1/2+.
Can you manage staff and hire them: In a minecraft setting, yes.
Are you good with handling money: Yes, I'm experienced with paypal, paypal chargebacks, basic accounting, and basic finance.
Have you took any extra classes in high school: Taking Adv. English, Adv. History, and I took two business classes freshman year titled "The Money System" and "Intro to Business Management."

Have you ever ran or been manager of a company before: Yes, I've managed a company called "Phoenix-Hosting" it was a hosting industry that sold shared webhosting and Virtual Private Servers. I've also ran a forum that was called "MinecraftRelief" which basically I had a group of four developers that was online on different timezones helping people out that posted a help article for their website/server, and our number one key for that business was customer satisfaction and making sure they were happy with our services and letting others know about it.

How many hours a day can you dedicate to the website: When it comes to time and dedication then I'm your right guy, and wanna know why? Because I'm home schooled so therefore I'm on my computer through out the whole entire day! Yes, I do take breaks at time because my brain needs a break, but most of the time I'll be able to be contacted whenever you need me. I'll give you my kik username so you can contact me if I'm not online through your phone or you can simply skype call me either way works .

Can you manage staff and hire them: Yes, I've managed numerous amounts of different employee's through out my hosting industry and forum experience. I've gone through numerous amounts of employee's that don't know what they're doing and to some that know exactly what they're doing. Typically, I can nudge the wannabe people out of the way that just want a rank for free services, and that's why I'm very picky at who I choose for the job. I've also had to fire people, demote, etc.

Are you good with handling money: When it comes to handling with money then you can guarantee that I'm the number #1 person for this not only because I'm very good at not spending money and saving but because I've dealt with money through out my job's that I've had and I've also saved for years and years so I can have a free college life without going in debt. I'm also paypal verified and don't have a 80% account that can be limited within 2 days of having it.

Have you took any extra classes in high school: Well, this is my last year in high school (12th Grade) and then I'm moving on ward's to a University for Computer science for 4 years and get my BA, and to just sum it up I've taken Pre-Cal, Algebra 2, Geometry, Physics, etc.

Would you be able to put any of your own funds into this: Yes, if it is extremely required and if we need the funds to keep the website rolling then I'll invest money into it to keep it going.

Any Extra Information: My hobbies are basically playing football when I have free-time.

Have you ever ran or been manager of a company before: I would not fully call it a company but currently I have a sticky in the plugins section that use to be extremely active! We were in the process of making it an LLC and having everything run through a site linked with payments. I managed the team and made sure things were done on time and customers were satisfied until we went inactive. I have a ton of experience with managing multiple things at the same time. Other than that I helped and managed a Minecraft Teams server on a network called KoonKraft. It use to range up to 500 players on at a time daily. I managed YouTubers, donation inquiries, and several other file side issues.
How many hours a day can you dedicate to the website: I can spend up to 10-12 hours daily on the site if not more.
Can you manage staff and hire them: Yes. I ran my own server before I managed KoonKraft teams server. I know who is right for staff teams as well as picking who is the best fit. When managing my Plugin Emporium "company", I hired the developers we needed to get the projects done in a timely manner.
Are you good with handling money: I am fairly decent with handling money. While running my "company" I knew the percentage each person would receive of profit and what should be saved for future bills, costs, and advertisement for the company.
Have you took any extra classes in high school: I took one extra class in High School which took a lot of my time up apart from clubs. I tooks an Aviation class for 4 years which consisted me of acquiring internships to build my knowledge of aircrafts, support representatives, and shadowing management of several different companies!
Would you be able to put any of your own funds into this: I would possibly be able to do so. Depending on how much and what the money is used for I could probably pitch in what is needed and hopefully help MC-Resources.
Do you have a working mic: I do have a working mic. I use a Razer Kraken Pro headset!
Any Extra Information: I am 18 years old who graduated college in June of 2015! I have a lot of free time as I will be heading into college in January. I can also help manage 7 days a week at any timeframe you need me. If you would like a resume please contact me privately!

How many hours a day can you dedicate to the website: Well, school started for me.. Although I get home around 2PM EST, and finish my homework around in like 30 minutes.. Depending on how mean my teachers are.

Can you manage staff and hire them: Yes, I do have a keen eye for certain people. I only hire the ones that satisfies what I need from them. If they don't satisfy what I needed, and/or what I was looking for then I tend to not hire them because I know that if they cannot satisfy me.. How will they satisfy me with other things that I need them to do?

If I can hire staffs - then I'm pretty sure I can manage them. If I cannot hire staffs then how will I manage them? What do I mean by that? If I know which staffs to hire, and what I expect from them when they're writing their application or whatever thing. Then, I must know how to manage because I must know them before hiring them. If I can't even hire proper staffs - then I don't know how I'll be able to successfully manage them.

Don't worry.. I sound pretty confusing, but I know what I'm doing. I have common sense.. xD

Are you good with handling money: Yes, I like to save up money, and my math is pretty good. So that shouldn't be a problem..
When I say "yes," then it means.. I've done deals and I know how to count money. Although I've never gambled.

Have you took any extra classes in high school: I'm in High School right now though.. I don't take any extra classes.. Just the normal ones such as AP classes or just normal classes..

Would you be able to put any of your own funds into this: Yes, but I'm currently saving for a project I'm doing.. I'll see how much I can chip in?

Do you have a working microphone: Yes, but I don't like to talk often.. It annoys me to think that I'm talking to myself. You'll know if you have siblings next to you and you're talking to your friends. Then next thing you know it.. They are staring at you.

Any Extra Information: I'm only doing this to see if I can get accepted or not. Please rate my application and as well as .. What I need to improve on.. I'm trying to improve on my applications, but I know that there isn't much detail on this application. I write like a huge staff application. When it comes to things like these, and if I have no past experiences.. I be like, *Throws out a few sentences then moves onto next topic.*
