Hello MCM, I come to you today recruiting a Manager for my upcoming Skyblock server. The position will be paid, and you will be in charge of managing the Staff Team, Forum, and Discord. Perhaps more if needed. I am a very experienced server owner, and am worried about being too busy to take care of the staff team, forums, and discord chat.

Pay will be discussed in PM as it differs for level of experience. No set rate for everyone.

Let me rephrase, you should state the base pay and implement a subject on how a raise will be considered to those who are more qualified. When I hired a manager, I flat out wrote the pay on the title $500/month.
