Hey, I own a server called SkyGods Skyblock and I am looking for a manager to come work for us.

As Manager your pay depends on your performance. Our server uses a ad reward system. Where if a player watches an ad using the /ad command he/she gets a reward crate key. However on our side if the player watches an ad we get half a cent. Therefore the more players you bring the more you earn. We will give you 50% of this revenue. (I will pay server rent with my share)

As Manager your job is to bring players to the server, manage staff, and notice me of any bugs or such.

I will act as developer and manage all the plugins and such.
