Manager for Spanish Minecraft Server

Hey everyone, I am looking for a manager for my Spanish Minecraft server. With that, you must be fluent in both English & Spanish. The server has a primarily cracked player base, however still manages to reach $500+/month in donations with minimal/no advertisement. I firmly believe that amount can be scaled significantly with a dedicated manager. I sadly do not have the time/drive to continue pushing the server by myself.

With that, I am looking for a person to take on the server as their own. I am willing to give about 30%+ revenue per month. I would like it to initially start of as a trial run, and if said trial run goes well, negotiate further.
