Manager for unorganised Minecraft Server

Hey there, my name is Airo, and I am the owner of uCore, and I am looking for a general manager to help get the server back in order and help it grow.
Our previous owner left after striking a deal with a new server in the middle of a server reorganisation, and our Manager left shortly thereafter, which is why I am making this request.
