Hello, i'm Hybrid and i'm looking for a server that is in need of a manager. I can sort plugins, find useful plugins and ones that can make a difference, do perms , help members,staff out in times of trouble , motivate the staff to keep on doing what there doing and to keep their heads up when there down. Also i will help the server look more professional and achieve. I also have contacts of some of the best builders, dev you name it!

People want secure staff. People who are always professional. Even people who charge their services. If someone sees you undervaluing your work, there are wo ways they can think about.

1) You have crap self motivation.

2) They can take advantage of you.
